Our focus themes

Within our sustainability strategy, we have defined four focus themes. For each theme, a paper has been written that explains our position on responsible investing:

1. Climate Change and the Energy Transition
2. Biodiversity and Natural Resources
3. Health and Welfare
4. Human Rights

In each paper, we describe the relevance of the theme to our investment portfolios and our approach to the theme along our three policy goals:

• Reduce harm
• Drive change
• Create positive impact

We also describe our goals on each theme and how we monitor and report our performance.
