Remuneration policy

Improving and maintaining the integrity and robustness of a.s.r. is key to our remuneration policy. The long term interests of all stakeholders are an important element in this. For example, no one on the Management Board or the Supervisory Board receives variable pay. The aim of our remuneration policy is to motivate employees to work for the interests of clients and other stakeholders within the parameters of the duty of care. At a.s.r., we do not have a company-wide variable remuneration scheme.
