When nature feels the heat
Climate change and biodiversity loss are two sides of the same coin. At a.s.r. asset management, we are taking action on three fronts to address these two pressing issues.
a.s.r. real estate has been investing in property on behalf of institutional investors for over 125 years. We manage property portfolios that are highly lettable under varying economic conditions. Thinking ahead and sustainability are in our DNA. As a property portfolio manager, we carry out research on user preferences, popularity of locations and other developments in the property market. This way, we create distinct visions for our retail, residential, office, science park and rural property portfolios.
a.s.r. real estate’s property platform consists of five unlisted sector funds that invest in retail, homes, offices, science park properties and farmland in the Netherlands.
We also invest in renewable energy sources and international unlisted property funds and listed property shares for our clients.
Quality will always have value. With this in mind, we invest in maintenance, good materials, the sustainability of buildings and sustainable land use. This is how we seek perpetual value for society, users and investors. And how we deliver on our promise of ‘investing with perpetual value’.
a.s.r. real estate knows all the ins and outs of property portfolio management.
