This Fund Governance Code has been drawn up by a.s.r. vermogensbeheer as investment fund manager. The purpose of the Code is to create guarantees for unit holders in terms of the ethical conduct of fund business and due care in the provision of services as referred to in Articles 4:11, 4:14 and 4:25 of the Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht). The Code applies to the funds managed by a.s.r. vermogensbeheer. This Governance Code lays down good practices in the area of fund governance, giving further shape to how a.s.r. vermogensbeheer deals with this issue, on the basis of self-regulation.
