Voting policy

In the voting policya.s.r. formulates its policy on how it deals with the exercise of its shareholder rights in Dutch and foreign listed companies, and which general principles it applies in exercising its voting right. As a committed, active shareholder, a.s.r. manages shares in (listed) companies invested in for the account and risk of its customers, and exercises the rights, such as the voting right, attached to these shares.
